About the project
What is Trucker 911
We are Trucker911, and we are a platform that helps to define, create and connect a global community of truckers who not only want to celebrate shared interests, but who also want to minimize cultural, geographic and social divisions between them through online and offline communications and interactions.
User stories and user flows
Based on the insights gathered during our research, user stories were formed and prioritized. After that, a user journey flow was prepared to guid us further in the design. Selected flows underwant usability testing with a group of respondents representing our target audience.
Research
Both desk and user research were conducted to cover the whole spectrum of perspectives necessary to develop a fully fledged strategy.
UX Design
After a thorough understanding of status quo, user stories were generated followed by user flows detailing the full user journey.
UI & Interaction
With a solid basis of UX findings, the visual part of the app was designed, UI elements, including interactions
Prototype testing
A round of usability testing was conducted on selected user flows of the app to make sure the solution was user friendly and appealing.
